2024 ISAS Annual Meeting with IJAS Winners

Registration Info

  • Note, regisration is required in addition to being a member of ISAS except for guests and IJAS
  • Late Registration: March 1 – April 12. Ends at 2pm on April 12
    • Student, $60
    • Regular Member, $110
    • Guest accompanying student, $60
  • On-Site Registration: April 13 ($25 additional surcharge per person)
    • Student, $85
    • Regular Member, $135
    • Guest accompanying student, $85
  • Illinois Junior Academy of Science Registration (January 16 – April 13)
    • Student presenter $25 covered by IJAS, includes 1yr-free ISAS membership
    • Guest accompanying IJAS winner, $50

  • 8am: Registration desk (Leighty-Tabor Science Center 1st Floor Lobby) opens to pick up credentials
  • 8am – 9am: Continental Breakfast (Leighty-Tabor Science Center 1st Floor Lobby)
  • 9am – 11:45am: Oral Presentations (Leighty-Tabor Science Center – designated rooms)
  • 11:45am – 12noon: Division Meetings (Leighty-Tabor Science Center – designated rooms)
  • 12:00noon – 1pm: Lunch (University Commons Ballrooms)
  • 1:00pm – 2:15pm: Poster Session 1 (Griswold Gymnasium)
  • 2:30pm – 3:45pm: Poster Session 2 (Griswold Gymnasium)
  • 4:00pm – 4:45pm: Keynote Speaker (University Commons Ballrooms)
  • 5:00pm – 5:45pm: Dinner (University Commons Ballrooms)
  • 5:45pm – 6:15pm: Awards (University Commons Ballrooms)
