- Registration is accepted online only.
- Payment is accepted either via PayPal or directly via credit card.
- Registration for 2023 is limited to 1 person per registration form.
- You must be a member to attend but you can join and/or renew you membership during the registration process. (Annual dues are $45 for regular members, $22.50 for student members)
- Early registration through March 15, 2023, is $50 for student members and $100 for regular members. However, we have received support or the first 100 student members to have their $50 registration fee waived. All waivers have been exhausted.
- Registration will increase the cost by $10/person, through April 14, 2023.
- On-site registration on April 15, 2023, will be available, but at a $20/person increase in cost.
- When you have successfully registered, including any required payment, you will see a message in place of this form.
